Care Guidance

How do I care for my new clothing?

To keep your clothing looking vibrant and lasting longer, please follow these care instructions:

  • Washing
    • Turn inside out before washing to protect the print.
    • Wash in cold water (30°C or 86°F) to prevent fading and shrinking.
    • Use mild detergent to avoid harsh chemicals that can break down the print.
    • Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the print over time.
  • Drying
    • Air dry your garment whenever possible. Hanging or laying flat to dry will help preserve the design.
    • If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat to minimise wear on the print.
    • Do not iron directly on the print. If you need to iron, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting.
  • Storage
    • Store your item in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help prevent colour fading.
    • Avoid storing it in damp conditions, as moisture can affect the print and fabric quality.
  • General Tips
    • The first few washes might result in slight fading, but this is completely normal for printed designs and shouldn't affect the long-term quality.
    • Always check garment care labels for additional instructions that may be specific to the fabric used in your item.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide.

Why can't my order be delivered quicker?

Because our products are made to order, shipping times may be longer compared to stores that carry ready-made stock. During busy seasons or unforeseen delays, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • If you set a 'safe place' to leave your package with the courier,check there
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours or in a designated 'safe space' you set with your courier (if applicable), get in touch with us at beardedheat@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What if my order takes longer to arrive than stated?

While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or delays from third-party couriers. Whilst this is unlikely to happen, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such times.

Orders

How are your products made?

We use a leading print-on-demand provider to ensure every order is crafted with care and shipped directly to you. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at beardedheat@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at beardedheat@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order along with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Packaging

How come my apparel did not arrive in branded packaging?

Good question! We have chosen not to use branded packaging to help keep our products affordable and reduce environmental impact. By partnering with a trusted fulfilment service, we can offer you quality products while minimising waste and reducing shipping costs. 

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at beardedheat@gmail.com

Do you offer refund?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any these apply, please contact us at beardedheat@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colours?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at beardedheat@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
