Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days before being shipped. Delivery times vary by location, and can be estimated as follows:

Shipping Origin
We partner with a global fulfilment company to handle order processing and shipping, with facilities located worldwide.

Shipping Delays
Our products are made to order, so shipping may take longer than stores that carry ready-made stock. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery during busy seasons or unforeseen delays.

Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to additional customs or tax fees, determined by your local customs office. We have no control over these fees so please check with your customs office for more details.

Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please:

• Check your shipping confirmation for any address mistakes
• Contact your local post office
• Look in your 'safe place' or check with neighbours
  

If your address was correct and you can't find the package, contact us at beardedheat@gmail.com with your order number. If the address was incorrect, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.
