Product Fulfilment
We work with a fulfilment partner to handle the production and shipping of your order. Depending on your location, your order will be processed and shipped from the nearest available facility.

Wrong/Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within a week of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
