Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at beardedheat@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

Refunds
Refunds are only available for orders that are damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a resolution.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. Please refer to the sizing chart available in the product description before making a purchase. If you receive a mislabelled item, please contact us within a week with photos of the item and order number, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
