Returns & Exchanges
All Bearded Heat Apparel products are made on demand, just for you, so we are unable to offer standard returns or exchanges. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, keeping purchases sustainable.

If there is a problem with your order (like a defect, damaged item, or something went wrong during production) please contact us at beardedheat@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are only available for orders that are damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact me with photos and your order number, we’ll then arrange a resolution.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. Please refer to the sizing chart available in the product description before making a purchase. If you receive a mislabelled item, please contact us within a week with photos of the item and order number, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
